Of yellow straw colour, it has aromatic scents with notes of sage, apricot and peach in syrup, accompanied by floral notes of chamomile. The taste is smooth, harmonic and well balanced.

Serve chilled: 6-8 °C.

Excellent aperitif, best enjoyed with crustaceans, pasta dishes, vegetables, white meat and cheese.
