QUALITY, FOOD SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

CODE OF ETHICS
oso S.p.A. adopts the ETI Code, aware that the provisions of the aforementioned document constitute the minimum required standards. Should it occur that the national law and the basic code cover the same issues, the provision offering the major protection will be applied.
CODE OF ETHICS AND MODEL 231
Toso S.p.A. has implemented an Organisation and Management Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, with the aim of having a structured and organic system of prevention, dissuasion and control, aimed at reducing the risk of committing crimes by identifying the sensitive activities and their consequent discipline.
