The origin
SAFE ORIGIN
The Sparkling Wines originate from the territory native vines, Moscato and Brachetto, first of all, but also from some international more prestigious ones, such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The classic wines originate from many varieties rooted in the surrounding hills such as Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo and Cortese. The spirits are very specialized proposals, which bind their identity to the art of distillation and the traditional use of herbs how the production of Vermouths.
