Pleasant sparkling wine of yellow straw colour, with fine and long-lasting bubbles. Young and gracious, it gives intense fruity scents and is jauntly fresh and well-balanced.

Of light and brilliant yellow straw colour, it has fine and persistent perlage, elegant, delicate smell, with pleasat floral notes of wisteria and elder and fruity scents of peach and pear. The flavour is fresh and stimulating.

Serve chilled: 6-8 °C.

Great aperitif, it perfectly matches starters, cold cuts, risotto, white meat, and grilled fish.
